They reflect how we actually work \u2014 the same terms your account manager will confirm in writing.<\/p>\n  <h2>1. Quotes &amp; Orders<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Quotations are prepared in response to your inquiry and are indicative until an order is confirmed with deposit.<\/li>\n    <li>Minimum order quantities: 30\u201350 pieces for ready-to-ship wholesale designs; 50\u2013100 pieces for custom OEM\/ODM projects depending on stone size and setting work.<\/li>\n    <li>Mixed styles and sizes within one order are welcome where stated in the quote.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <h2>2. Sample fees are credited against your first bulk order.<\/p>\n  <h2>3. Quality Standard &amp; Warranty<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Every piece passes 100% claw check and pull testing; shipments are inspected to AQL 2.5 with \u00b13% weight tolerance.<\/li>\n    <li>Stones are GRA certified (grading basis D color, VVS1 clarity, 3x Excellent cut, laser-inscribed girdle) and certificates ship with the goods.<\/li>\n    <li>12-month warranty covering plating color-fastness and free re-setting for non-artificial stone loss under normal wear.<\/li>\n    <li>Claims are assessed from photos first; physical inspection requested where needed.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <h2>4. Intellectual Property &amp; Molds<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Your designs, drawings and custom specifications remain your property; mutual NDAs are signed before file exchange.<\/li>\n    <li>Molds and CAD files for your custom programs are kept exclusively for you, free of charge, for 3 years from last order.<\/li>\n    <li>Reorders within the retention period carry no tooling fee.<\/li>\n    <li>You confirm you hold the rights to designs, logos and trademarks you supply for private label production.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <h2>5. Compliance &amp; Export<\/h2>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Products are S925 sterling silver (third-party tested) with nickel-free plating, compliant with EU REACH and US CPSIA limits as documented in test reports provided on request.<\/li>\n    <li>Import duties, taxes and destination-country customs clearance are the buyer&#8217;s responsibility; we provide the documentation your broker needs.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <h2>6. Liability<\/h2>\n  <p>Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost retail sales, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.<\/p>\n  <h2>7. Governing Terms<\/h2>\n  <p>These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the People&#8217;s Republic of China. Order-level agreements confirmed in writing between you and your account manager take precedence where they differ.<\/p>\n  <h2>8.
