Our contact form is built with Contact Form 7. Form submissions are emailed directly to our export team and are not stored in a public database.

• To reply to your inquiry with pricing, specifications and sampling proposals (typically within 12 hours, China business hours).
• To prepare quotations, samples and orders when you choose to work with us.
• To send you information you specifically requested, such as catalogs or certificates.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Production partners (logistics carriers, testing labs) receive only the information necessary to fulfil your order.

Designs, drawings and custom specifications you share with us are treated as confidential business information. For OEM/ODM projects we sign a mutual NDA before any file exchange, and custom molds remain exclusive to the program they were created for.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to form submissions is limited to team members who need it to answer your inquiry. While no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
