What is the difference between moissanite and diamond?
Moissanite is silicon carbide; diamond is carbon. Moissanite scores 9.25 on the Mohs scale vs diamond’s 10, shows more fire (rainbow dispersion), and costs a small fraction of a comparable diamond. Side by side, most consumers cannot tell them apart without equipment.
How do I clean a moissanite ring?
Warm water, mild dish soap and a soft brush — 30 seconds, rinse, dry with a lint-free cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for pavé settings and remove rings before chlorine exposure.
Is moissanite a good choice for engagement rings?

Are your moissanite stones GRA certified?
Yes — every stone ships with a GRA certificate. Grading basis: GRA No.20251650, Round Brilliant 0.10ct, D color, VVS1 clarity, 3x Excellent cut, laser-inscribed girdle.
How can I verify the GRA certificate is real?
Three ways: the laser-inscribed girdle visible under 10x+ magnification, the certificate number queryable on GRA’s database, and the QR code on the CMA certificate.
What is the actual silver purity of your jewelry?
976.8‰ measured by third-party lab (report No.24201801196-1) — above the 925‰ sterling standard.
Are your products REACH and CPSIA compliant?
Yes — nickel not detected to the harmonized EN 1811:2023 method. REACH Annex XVII entry 27 limits nickel release to 0.5 µg/cm²/week for prolonged skin contact and 0.2 µg/cm²/week for items that pierce the skin; lead at 17.1 mg/kg against the 1,000 mg/kg ceiling in GB 28480-2012; cadmium, hexavalent chromium, arsenic and mercury not detected.
What does AQL 2.5 and 100% pull testing mean for me?
AQL 2.5 is the acceptance quality limit applied to every batch before packing; pull testing is applied to 100% of pieces (not sampling) before plating and again before packing. See the certificates page for full documentation.

What is the MOQ for custom moissanite jewelry?
50–100 pieces for full OEM/ODM projects; 30–50 pieces when customizing from our stock molds (logo engraving, stone upgrade, plating change).
How long does custom sampling take?
7–10 days after CAD confirmation. We 3D-print a wax model for your approval before cutting metal — revisions at this stage are free.
Do you sign an NDA and keep my molds exclusive?
Yes. We sign an NDA before receiving design files, store your molds and CAD data free for 3 years, and never reuse them for other customers. No tooling fee on reorders.
Can you do private label jewelry with my logo and packaging?
Yes — laser-engraved logos (inner band, clasp or tag), custom OPP bags with barcodes, and branded gift boxes including festival editions.
Will bulk quality match the approved sample?
Samples and bulk run on the same line with the same checks: 40x micro-pavé setting, 100% claw check and pull testing, AQL 2.5 final inspection, GRA certificates included.

Lead Time, Payment & Shipping
What is your MOQ and lead time?
MOQ 30–50 pieces (wholesale) or 50–100 (custom OEM). Samples 7–10 days, first orders 15–25 days, reorders 10–15 days. Payment: 30% deposit + 70% balance.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. Bank transfer (T/T) is standard; sample fees are credited on your first bulk order.
Do you ship to the USA, and how long does it take?
Yes — DHL/FedEx door-to-door, typically 3–5 working days to the US. We handle export documentation; goods are REACH and CPSIA compliant.
Can I mix styles and sizes within the MOQ?
Yes — MOQ 30 pieces applies to the order total, not per SKU. Mixed styles, sizes and categories are welcome in one starting order.
What about reorders?
Reorders run 10–15 days with no tooling fee — molds and CAD files are stored free for 3 years, so repeat orders go straight into the production queue.

Warranty & After-Sales
What does the 12-month warranty cover?
Plating color-fastness under normal wear, and free re-setting for non-artificial stone loss within 12 months of delivery.
What happens if a stone falls out or plating fades?
Send photos first — we respond within 48 hours and ship replacements or re-set stones free of charge for non-artificial loss. Every piece is 100% pull-tested before it leaves, so this is rare.
How do quality claims work?
Photo-based assessment first, physical inspection requested only where needed. Resolution by replacement, re-setting or credit — decided in your favor for any confirmed defect.
What support do long-term partners get?
Stored molds and CAD (3 years, free), stable batch consistency across reorders, priority production slots in peak season, and price protection on repeat programs.
