We keep China business hours (GMT+8) and answer every inquiry within 12 hours. Shenzhen runs 12–13 hours ahead of US Eastern time depending on daylight saving, so there is little live overlap with North America — which is exactly why the promise is a 12-hour reply rather than an invitation to call at midnight. European buyers get one to two hours of live overlap in their morning, when Shenzhen is in its afternoon.
